I didn’t plan on writing 5,500 words about the Secret Service, but Washington Post reporter Carol Leonnig’s book was so impressive, exhaustively researched, endlessly enthralling, and a clarion call to the disservice we’re doing to the Secret Service with our expectations of their “zero fail” mission, I could have listened to an additional 20 hours of content.
