Holidays make for a good time to bring visitors to the area; but they can also cause scheduling issues for Broadway productions. The annual Independence Day festivities fall on a Friday this year.  As a result, all of Broadway will be dark on July 4; but many of the shows have added performances to compensateโ€ฆ
