Two more shows closed last week – “Liberation” and “Mamma Mia!” but went out with a bang at the box office.  With Broadway 2-for-1 continuing, the numbers at the box office were down but the audience attendance is up.  Just eleven shows made it into the Million Dollar Club with 21 shows joining the 90%…
