For the past few years, NASCAR has moved the second race at Daytona International Speedway from the Fourth of July weekend to August to end the regular season.  Formerly known as the Firecracker 400, the race is now the Coke Zero 400. As that race approaches on August 29, NASCAR has made some rule changes……
