I had both chicken and shrimp down and felt like making kebabs with them both. I made pesto for the shrimp and a harissa sauce for the chicken. I served them both over a bed of couscous with pine nuts and vegetables. I made a roasted pepper salad Roasted Pepper and Olive Salad to go with [ā€¦]
